Keys to success for the company include overcoming five major roadblocks to people pursuing education, including:

Financial: Poverty, school fees.

Physical: Remote location, poor infrastructure, climate events.

Open-Source Innovation

We aim to provide opportunities for individuals to contribute to Open Source Software (OSS) projects.  The following outcomes are anticipated for members of CK++:

•Reducing the time it takes to commit volunteer code contributions from CK++ members to Open Source.

•Increasing contributions to the IT field from people who are non-IT professionals.

•Increasing the amount of non-tech businesses who contribute to Open Source.

Organizational Goals

•To provide discounted access to 3rd-party IT learning resources, such as scholarly journals, guides, video content, and IT labs for children, teenagers, and adults.

•To create custom learning material and pathways within our Learning Management System of choice.

•To promote IT literacy skills, micro-credentialing, upskilling, and IT continuing education for learners regardless of background.

•To partner with other organizations and nonprofit groups that promote IT literacy skills, including groups that assist people in underserved communities.

•To provide research grants to support IT, Engineering and Technology-related initiatives, including Open Source Software projects.

•To raise awareness for child prodigies who have been discriminated against due to factors such as age and homeschooling status.
